1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for our pencil packing job, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not register or use our services.

2. Registration and Fee

• The registration fee for the pencil packing job is ₹620 (one-time, non-refundable).
• This fee covers training, material delivery, profile creation, and administrative support.
• Registration is complete only after successful payment of the registration fee.
• We reserve the right to change the registration fee at any time with prior notice.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to register.
• You must have a valid Aadhaar card and PAN card for verification.
• You must have a valid bank account to receive payments.
• You must be a resident of India.

4. Worker Obligations

• You must complete the training before starting any packing work.
• You must follow the quality standards and packing guidelines provided.
• You are responsible for submitting your completed work on time.
• You must maintain the confidentiality of client information.
• You must not share your account credentials with anyone.

5. Payments

• Payments are made daily or weekly based on your completed work.
• Payment rates vary by the type of work (pencil packing, pen packing, etc.).
• Payments are processed within 24-48 hours of work submission.
• We reserve the right to withhold payment if quality standards are not met.
• Payment disputes must be raised within 7 days of the payment date.

6. Material Delivery

• We provide all packing materials free of cost.
• Materials are delivered to your registered address.
• You are responsible for the safe handling of materials.
• In case of damaged or missing materials, you must report immediately.

7. Quality Standards

• All packing work must meet our quality guidelines.
• Substandard work may be rejected and may not be paid for.
• We reserve the right to inspect and approve all completed work.
• Repeated quality issues may result in termination of your account.

8. Termination

• We reserve the right to terminate your account at any time for any reason.
• Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination.
• Fraudulent activities will result in termination and legal action.
• Upon termination, you must return all unused materials.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the registration fee paid by you.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
