• Profile creation and documentation
• Material delivery to your doorstep
• Administrative and support services
• Access to our work platform

2. Payment Terms

• All payments are processed through secure payment gateways.
• You will receive a confirmation email after successful payment.
• If you face any payment issues, please contact our support team immediately.
• We are not responsible for any bank charges or transaction fees.

3. Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your registration at any time.
• However, the registration fee will not be refunded.
• Your account will be deactivated upon cancellation.
• Any pending work must be completed before cancellation.

4. Work Payment Disputes

• If you have any concerns about your work payments, please contact us within 7 days of the payment date.
• We will review your work and address any issues promptly.
• Payment disputes are resolved on a case-by-case basis.
• We reserve the right to withhold payment if quality standards are not met.

5. Chargebacks

• In the event of a chargeback, your account will be suspended immediately.
• You will be responsible for any chargeback fees incurred.
• Your registration may be permanently terminated.
• We reserve the right to take legal action for fraudulent chargebacks.

6. Refund Exceptions

• If you have not received the training materials within 7 days of registration, please contact us.
• If you have not received any work assignments within 30 days of registration, please contact us.
• These exceptions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
• We do not guarantee any refunds, even in these cases.
